Во втором случае это не is a сокращение от has ( he has lived= he’s lived), Present Perfect для третьего лица единственного числа

Помогите , пожалуйста: в 1) случае есть Have, а в 2) have не применяется, а вместо него is
А диктор говори в обоих случаях, «что они, он живут там уже 2 года. В чем разница применения ?
1. They’ve lived here for two years now.
2. He’s lived here for two years.

Время Present Perfect. Для 3 лица ед.числа (She, he) используется has.Для остальных местоимений — have
