Похоже здесь шибка. But sometimes THEY speak Spanish together. Диктор переводит эту фразу «Но иногда МЫ говорим по-Испански вместе.»
И есть путаница с временами англ. языка, так «They’ve lived there for three years.» по моему это Present Perfect, а переводится временем Present Perfect Progressive (Continuous) Они уже как три года живут там. Или я что-то не понимаю.

Если действие все еще продолжается, но мы хотим выразить что это постоянная ситуация, обычно используется Present Perfect Simple. Для временных ситуаций используется Present Perfect Progressive.

«They have lived there for three years.» акцент на том, что это постоянное действие, они там обычно живут, вероятно 3 года назад переехали и остались насовсем.
«They have been living there for three years.» здесь уже подчеркивается, что этот процесс временный и обязательно должен рано или поздно закончиться.

Но на русский все будет переводиться одинаково, внешне похоже на PPP.
